Job Full Description
Express Employment Professionals is hiring an Electronic Assembler for a manufacturing company in Everett, WA.
This opportunity is ideal for someone with hands-on electronic assembly experience who enjoys detailed work, wiring, troubleshooting, and building quality products. The position starts part-time and is expected to transition into a full-time, long-term role as production demands increase.
Pay: $22 - $25 per hour DOE
Schedule: Initially part-time, day shift hours. Expected to grow into a full-time schedule in the near future.
What You'll Do
- Assemble electronic and electro-mechanical products from components to finished units
- Wire and build electrical control panels
- Read and follow schematics, wiring diagrams, and assembly instructions
- Test, troubleshoot, and calibrate products to specifications
- Perform quality inspections throughout the assembly process
- Package and prepare completed products for shipment
- Work closely with the Production Manager and manufacturing team
What We're Looking For
- Previous electronic assembly experience required
- Ability to read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
- Experience with hand tools, measuring tools, and basic test equipment
- Understanding of electrical and mechanical assembly principles
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform repetitive hand movements
Preferred Experience
- Electrical control panel wiring
- Manufacturing or production assembly
- Testing, troubleshooting, or calibration of electronic equipment
- Soldering experience
