Industrial Inside Sales-PVF Industry
We are seeking an Industrial Inside Sales Representative to join a well-established distributor specializing in Pipe, Valves, Fittings (PVF), Steam Products, and Gaskets. This is a great opportunity for someone with sales or customer service experience who enjoys supporting costumers and working closely with a team.
Key Responsibilities
The Inside Sales Representative will be the primary point of contact for customer needs, ensuring timely and accurate support.

Customer Communication: Actively engaging with and supporting customers to resolve product and service inquiries and technical challenges.

Product Expertise: Clearly articulating the features and benefits of the company's extensive product line to customers.

Quoting: Developing, preparing, and delivering accurate sales quotations.

Sales Support: Collaborating closely with outside sales personnel to identify new business opportunities and provide ongoing support to the established customer base.

Inbound Management: Promptly managing incoming phone calls and emails to ensure excellent customer service delivery.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Successful candidates will possess a blend of sales acumen, technical understanding, and strong communication skills:

Proven experience in Industrial Sales or a related field.

Demonstrated proficiency in Customer Service excellence.

Basic Computer Proficiency: Competency with essential office software, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Familiarity with the Pipe, Valve, and Fittings (PVF) industry is highly preferred.

Knowledge of gaskets and sealing technologies is a plus, but not a mandatory requirement.
