One of our valued clients, a leading, multi-state industrial distributor specializing in Pipe, Valves, Fittings (PVF), Steam Products, and Gaskets, is seeking a dedicated Inside Sales Representative to join their growing Kennewick, WA branch. Key Responsibilities
The Inside Sales Representative will be the primary point of contact for customer needs, ensuring timely and accurate support. Responsibilities include:

Customer Communication: Actively engaging with and supporting customers to resolve product and service inquiries and technical challenges.

Product Expertise: Clearly articulating the features and benefits of the company's extensive product line to customers.

Quoting: Developing, preparing, and delivering accurate sales quotations.

Sales Support: Collaborating closely with outside sales personnel to identify new business opportunities and provide ongoing support to the established customer base.

Inbound Management: Promptly managing incoming phone calls and emails to ensure excellent customer service delivery.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Successful candidates will possess a blend of sales acumen, technical understanding, and strong communication skills:

Proven experience in Industrial Sales or a related field.

Demonstrated proficiency in Customer Service excellence.

Basic Computer Proficiency: Competency with essential office software, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Familiarity with the Pipe, Valve, and Fittings (PVF) industry is highly preferred.

Knowledge of gaskets and sealing technologies is a plus, but not a mandatory requirement.
