📍 Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

One of our clients is currently looking for a reliable and professional Bilingual Dispatcher to join their team! This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong communication skills, and enjoys helping keep operations running smoothly.
Responsibilities:

Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers professionally

Coordinate and dispatch drivers/technicians efficiently

Communicate clearly in both English and Spanish

Schedule appointments and update customer information

Monitor routes, schedules, and job progress

Maintain accurate records and data entry

Provide excellent customer service and problem-solving support
Qualifications:

Bilingual in English & Spanish required

Previous dispatching or customer service experience preferred

Strong communication and multitasking skills

Basic computer and data entry experience

Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment

Dependable with strong attendance and professionalism
