Job Full Description
Step into a support role at the heart of an outdoor services company that keeps commercial and residential properties looking their best year-round. Express Employment Professionals of Mount Vernon is partnering with a well-established Landscape Maintenance Services company to recruit for a proactive and detail-oriented Office Assistant who can help keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.
What you get to do:
- Data entry into QuickBooks
- Filing
- Answering phones
- Working with customers and entering new clients into their new system
What you need to be successful:
- 3 years minimum of QuickBooks Desktop
- Experience in construction accounting
- Collection Experience
- Meticulous in detail
- Willing to ask questions.
- Team player and willing to do what is necessary
Pay: $23.00 - $26.00 (DOE)
Schedule: Monday through Friday from 8:00AM to 4:30PM
