On behalf of our client, we are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Office Manager to oversee administrative operations, financial tracking, and vendor coordination. This hybrid role includes in-office work on Mondays and Fridays, with remote flexibility after onboarding.

The Office Manager will handle bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks and Excel, manage vendor and client communication, coordinate bids, and ensure compliance with L&I requirements. Additional responsibilities include answering phones, posting job ads, maintaining filing systems, and supporting daily office needs.

Candidates must complete ServiceTitan training within the first two weeks, show strong reliability, and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Prior office management or administrative experience is required, along with familiarity with financial or bookkeeping tasks. A high school diploma is required; additional education in business or accounting is a plus.

The ideal candidate is organized, tech-savvy, adaptable, and eager to grow. This role offers exposure to many aspects of business operations and a clear path to leadership roles such as Operations Manager or Admin Lead.
