Job Full Description
We are seeking a reliable and proactive Production Lead to help guide and support a high-performing production team. This hands-on leadership role sets the tone for department pace, teamwork, and performance. The Production Lead is responsible for balancing resources, delegating tasks, ensuring training compliance, and fostering a positive and efficient work environment.
This position acts as a key representative of the department, regularly coordinating with Operations, scheduling, and leadership. The Lead will provide performance feedback, assist with corrective and preventative actions (CAPA), and support ongoing training and development initiatives. This is an ideal role for someone who is organized, communicative, detail-oriented, and passionate about mentoring others.
Key Responsibilities:

Act as the backup for department leadership when needed

Delegate tasks and align team priorities with company goals

Monitor job progress and performance, and provide feedback to leadership

Support CAPA investigations and action planning

Identify and assign training; help develop process improvements

Ensure training records are accurate and up-to-date in QT9

Promote the companies core values within the team
Qualifications:
-
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask

Basic to moderate math skills
-
Previous experience in the department or a related production role preferred

Ability to sit or stand for extended periods and use hand/foot controls
Additional Requirements:

Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Must pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check
-
Must meet all U.S. Export Control (ITAR) compliance requirements
