Job Full Description
We are currently recruiting on behalf of a client for a detail-oriented and highly organized Service Coordinator / Administrative Assistant to support daily operations at their Spokane Valley location. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and is looking for a role with growth potential.
Key Responsibilities:

Answer and route incoming phone calls professionally

Handle all incoming/outgoing mail and check deposits

Perform accurate data entry in the accounting system (jobs, material-only sales, purchase orders)

Order and track materials, manage inventory, and follow up with vendors
-
Receive and process vendor invoices
-
Generate customer invoices and inquire about outstanding AR
-
Manage electronic filing and handle various clerical duties including copying, typing, and general office support
-
Complete miscellaneous assignments from various departments as needed

Adapt to shifting priorities and multi-task effectively
Ideal Candidate Will Possess:

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and working with PDF documents

Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

A team-oriented, proactive, and flexible attitude

Ability to work independently, demonstrate initiative, and solve problems resourcefully
