Job Full Description
We are hiring on behalf of a respected client in the construction industry for an experienced Foreman to oversee daily site operations. This role is ideal for a strong leader who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and takes pride in quality craftsmanship, crew coordination, and maintaining safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Supervise Daily Operations: Oversee crews on-site to ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project plans and blueprints

Coordinate Tasks & Schedules: Assign duties to crew members, manage timelines, and communicate with subcontractors and suppliers

Safety Enforcement: Maintain a safe job site by conducting inspections, enforcing safety policies, and ensuring OSHA compliance

Quality Control: Monitor the quality of work and ensure it meets specifications and client expectations

Liaise with Management: Act as the primary contact between the field crew and project managers, providing regular updates on progress, issues, and resource needs
Qualifications:

Prior leadership experience in a construction or related field

Strong understanding of construction plans, scheduling, and job site coordination

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills

Commitment to safety and quality standards

Able to lift up to 100 lbs and work in physically demanding conditions
