We're hiring on behalf of a valued client for a full-time Technical Customer Liaison. This role offers a dynamic blend of customer interaction and technical detail-oriented work within an established and stable company. Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact between customers and internal departments

  • Manage and coordinate quoting activities, including reviewing process flows and labor calculations

  • Prepare accurate and timely quotes using Microsoft Excel and Calm-Quote software

  • Maintain ongoing customer communication, ensuring consistent follow-up and service excellence

  • Take ownership of the full quote-to-order process, ensuring smooth internal coordination

  • Organize and maintain data to support internal teams effectively

Expected Results:

  • Deliver clear, professional, and accurate communications with customers

  • Ensure timely and well-documented quoting processes

  • Maintain high standards of data organization and formatting

  • Contribute to building strong customer relationships that encourage repeat business
