Job Full Description
We're hiring on behalf of a valued client for a full-time Technical Customer Liaison. This role offers a dynamic blend of customer interaction and technical detail-oriented work within an established and stable company. Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact between customers and internal departments

Manage and coordinate quoting activities, including reviewing process flows and labor calculations

Prepare accurate and timely quotes using Microsoft Excel and Calm-Quote software

Maintain ongoing customer communication, ensuring consistent follow-up and service excellence

Take ownership of the full quote-to-order process, ensuring smooth internal coordination

Organize and maintain data to support internal teams effectively

Ensure timely and well-documented quoting processes
