A cell phone accessory manufacturer in Southeast Madison is looking for a CXR - Customer Experience Representative on 1st shift in Madison! A perfect job for an experienced call center professional with top notch communicating skills and willingness to speak up when further assistance is needed. Call center experience is required.
Pay: $24/hour
Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
Work includes:
- Respond to inbound emails (~50 new emails/day)
- Respond to inbound calls (~20-40 calls/day)
- Collaborate with other departments on complex contacts
