Job Full Description
A cell phone accessory manufacturer in Southeast Madison is looking for a CXR - Customer Experience Representative on 1st shift in Madison! A perfect job for an experienced call center professional with top notch communicating skills and willingness to speak up when futher assistance is needed. You will have the opportunity to work with their fast paced call center, responding to customer inquiries, and collaborating with other departments to resolve issues.
Pay: $24/hour
Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
Work includes:
- Respond to inbound emails (~50 new emails/day)
- Respond to inbound calls (~20-40 calls/day)
- Collaborate with other departments on complex contacts
Qualifications:
- Call center experience required
- Upbeat customer service personality
- Ability to speak up and escalate if situation calls for it
- Shopify experience a plus!
- NetSuite experience a plus!
- Computer skills
