Job Full Description
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Warehouse Supervisor to oversee the operations of a dynamic, multi-disciplinary warehouse and fabrication facility. This hands-on role is split between office (50%) and warehouse (50%) responsibilities and requires strong leadership, technical knowledge, and logistics coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Operations & Supervision
- Manage day-to-day workflow across departments: Metal, Fabrication, Welding, Painting, Carpentry, and Electrical.
- Oversee and coordinate CNC Routers, Waterjet, Tube Bending, and other shop equipment to meet production deadlines.
- Supervise specialty mechanical installations including HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, TVs/Tablets/Phones, Audio Systems, and Lighting.
- Lead production and finishing processes including Paint, Powder-Coating, Graphic Wrap Installation, Floor Graphics, and Fabric Finishing.
Inventory Management
- Utilize Asset Panda inventory software to track, manage, and reconcile incoming/outgoing materials and product movement.
- Accurately pull inventory from shelving, coordinate material handling, and maintain a clean and accessible storage system.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of inventory layout and relay accurate availability to internal teams and clients.
- Monitor and manage incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Qualifications:
- 3–5+ years of warehouse or production supervision experience in a fabrication, manufacturing, or similar environment.
- Hands-on experience with Asset Panda or similar inventory management software.
- Proficiency operating both sit-down and stand-up forklifts (certification preferred).
- Strong working knowledge of material handling, multi-department coordination, and inventory flow.
- Ability to understand and communicate project timelines, client needs, and production capabilities.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and team leadership skills.
