Role Overview:

• Assist the Lead Instructor at the Sturtevant PowerSports School.
• Support and co-deliver instructor-led training (ILT) classes for dealers and distributors.
• Recent graduates from automotive or powersports mechanics vocational programs are preferred.
• Learn about BRP products and technologies and gain exposure to powersports dealership operations through hands-on interaction with technicians.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver ILT classes across all product lines, including EV.
• Maintain training facilities, stations, and assets.
• Support training operations, including documentation, attendance, and surveys.
• Assist with LMS-related tasks and technical content updates.
• Attend to dealer technicians’ needs before and during training.

Qualifications:

• Enrolled in or graduated from an automotive or powersports mechanics vocational program.
• Experience delivering ILT classes or working in a technical training environment is a plus.
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
