Job Full Description
Express Employment is seeking professional candidates with hands-on hotel housekeeping experience to support one of our partnered hotel companies in Racine, WI.
Key Responsibilities:
Clean and service guest rooms daily according to hotel standards
Make beds, replace linens, and replenish guest room supplies
Empty trash and maintain cleanliness of assigned rooms
Rearrange furnishings, drapes, and room accessories as needed
Ensure rooms are left clean, secure, and properly arranged
Maintain housekeeping carts, linen closets, corridors, and service areas
Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, and lost-and-found items
Provide courteous and professional guest service
Follow all safety, security, and cleanliness procedures
Perform additional housekeeping duties as assigned
Required Experience & Skills:
Hands-on hotel housekeeping experience required
Strong understanding of stayover vs. checkout service
Comfortable managing housekeeping boards
Ability to clean an average of 18–22 rooms per 8-hour shift
Maintain an approximate pace of 30 minutes per room
Position Details: Part-time and full-time opportunities available, Day and evening shifts
