Job Full Description
This role requires the use of hand and power tools, the ability to follow schematic plans, and a strong attention to detail to ensure high-quality production standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble garbage disposal units according to specifications and production requirements
- Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
- Inspect components and finished products to ensure quality standards are met
- Perform functional testing of assembled parts and units
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required to provide prior to start date
- Stable work history with at least 12 consecutive months of employment with one employer (no temp service experience for this requirement)
- Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Ability to work in a team environment and meet production goals
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift, push, or pull up to [insert weight, e.g., 25–50 lbs]
- Repetitive hand and arm movements
