Powder Coater – 1st Shift
We’re looking for a reliable Powder Coater to join our team! This role is responsible for prepping, coating, and finishing metal parts to ensure quality and durability.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare parts for coating (cleaning, masking, hanging)
- Apply powder coating evenly and efficiently
- Monitor curing process and oven settings
- Inspect finished products for quality standards
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
Requirements:
- Previous powder coating or manufacturing experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable attendance and good work ethic
Experience: 1+ year of industrial powder coating
Location: Racine
Shift: 7:00am-3:30pm M-F
