Powder Coater – Industrial (Racine, WI)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00am–3:30pm
Pay: $21–$23/hr BOE
We are seeking an experienced Powder Coater to apply coatings to metal parts in a manufacturing environment. This role includes preparing surfaces, operating powder coating equipment, and ensuring a consistent, high-quality finish.
Responsibilities:
- Prep parts (cleaning, masking, sandblasting as needed)
- Apply powder coating using spray equipment
- Inspect finished parts for quality and coverage
- Document work and follow production schedules
Requirements:
- Previous powder coating or industrial painting experience
- Ability to use hand/power tools
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable attendance
Physical:
- Stand for full shift, lift up to 50 lbs, work in an industrial environment
