General Laborer – Temp to Hire

We are seeking reliable General Laborers to join our team! This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with steady hours and competitive pay.
Responsibilities include:
- Operating tumble machines
- Sweeping and general housekeeping
- Basic maintenance and shop support
Schedule:
- Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Pay:
- $17.60–$18.12/hour + piecework incentives
Requirements:
- Ability to perform physical labor
- Dependable and punctual
- Manufacturing experience a plus, but not required
