Job Full Description
Express Employment is recruiting for Full-Time Janitorial Commercial Cleaners. Responsibilities include cleaning vacant apartments from top to bottom to ensure they are spotless for new tenants.
$18.00 an hour
Shift Monday - Friday
8am-5pm
DETAILED WORK ACTIVITIES
- Clean restrooms.
- Clean walls and floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming.
- Gather dispose of trash or waste materials
- Follow procedures for the preparation and use of chemical cleaners.
- Mix water and detergents or acids in containers to prepare cleaning solutions, according to specifications.
- Clean windows, glass partitions, or mirrors, using soapy water or other cleaners, sponges, or squeegees.
- Notify lead/ supervisor concerning the need for major repairs or additions to apartments.
- Dust everything as needed.
- Clean and polish furniture, walls, and fixtures.
- Steam clean or shampoo carpets
- Other duties as assigned
