Job Full Description
Key Responsibilities:
Experience managing the daily operations of production and retail facilities
Motivational leadership where company culture is driven by optimism, warmth, teamwork and ownership.
Establish and maintain regular meetings with employees, department managers and board of directors
Oversee hiring, training, employee reviews and terminations
Maintain and implement employee benefits, retention strategies, and morale-building initiatives
Capable of monitoring budgets and operational costs
Understanding of basic financial principles and regulatory compliance
Qualifications:
5 years of relevant leadership experience with 3 years in a management role
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Proficient in Google Workspace or MS Office
Knowledge of compliance requirements (health & safety, regulatory, licensing)
Preferred Bachelor's degree in business or STEM or equivalent experience
Experience in craft brewing or food/beverage industry and retail operations
Financial acumen to monitor budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities
