Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and mechanically inclined Garage Door Installer/Technician to join our team. In this role, you will install, repair, and maintain residential and commercial garage doors and openers. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with tools, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and is capable of lifting heavy materials and equipment.
Key Responsibilities:

Install new garage doors, openers, springs, cables, and related hardware

Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain existing garage doors and openers

Safely operate power tools and hand tools

Drive to job sites and maintain a clean and professional appearance

Provide excellent customer service and explain work performed

Follow safety procedures and company standards at all times

Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation for each job
Requirements:
-
Mechanically inclined with experience using hand and power tools
-
Ability to lift and carry 50+ pounds regularly

Comfortable working on ladders and in varying weather conditions

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Previous garage door installation experience preferred, but not required (we will train the right candidate)
Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry heavy materials (50+ lbs)

Stand, bend, and kneel for extended periods

Climb ladders and work at heights as needed
