Administrative Coordinator (Part-Time)

We are seeking a highly organized and self-motivated Administrative Coordinator to support board operations, compliance, communications, and day-to-day administration. This is a part-time position (approximately 20 hours per week) with potential for expanded responsibilities as the organization grows.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and document board and committee meetings (scheduling, agendas, minutes, notices).
  • Maintain filing systems and track compliance deadlines.
  • Assist with bookkeeping (QuickBooks), invoices, and financial reporting.
  • Draft and post updates on social media, website, and public notices.
  • Respond professionally to inquiries from the public, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Provide general administrative and operational support as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of administrative or office management experience.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Zoom, and QuickBooks.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with boards, nonprofits, or government entities.
  • Familiarity with WordPress or website editing tools.
  • Knowledge of open meeting/public records requirements.
  • Social media management skills.

 

Details:

  • Status: Part-Time, ~20 hours/week (W-2 employee)
  • Compensation: Hourly, commensurate with experience
  • Start Date: Within 30 days
