    Horizon House Emergency Shelter is a 30 day program designed to coach and assist homeless families within Bartholomew County. They has the ability to house 4 families at one time at their location in Columbus, IN. They offer life skills classes that are designed around financial literacy, career development and maintaining nurturing healthy relationships within the family unit and support groups.

    Love Chapel is a Christ-centered, faith based outreach ministry that serves Columbus, IN and surrounding cities. They provide both pantry (food pantry, mobile pantry, and hot meals) and housing resources.


    Rapid Re-Housing and Prevention Program

    Rapid Re-housing and Prevention is a program for homeless individuals and families. The program consists of two forms of assistance, coaching and financial assistance. Participants MAY receive assistance anywhere from one month up to one year, which is determined on a month to month basis.

    Columbus Salvation Amy Corp and Community Center has been serving Bartholomew County for almost 30 years. They provide food pantry, social services, Christmas assistance, and more.

    NYAP offers treatment programs for both adults and youth who are struggling with substance use disorders.
