    Holiday Pay: 

    Express offers holiday pay if you are eligible. If a holiday falls on a scheduled work day for you or your client company, and your client company is closed on that holiday, you qualify for pay if you meet ALL of the following requirements:

    • You work 900 hours in a rolling 26 week period ending one full week prior to the holiday week
    • You are on an Express assignment the week of the holiday
    • You are in a paid status for both the scheduled workdays before and after the holiday

    Pay for the holiday will be up to 8 hours, depending on your regularly scheduled work day, at the regular hourly rate of your current assignment.  Express recognizes six paid holidays per year:

    1. New Years Day
    2. Memorial Day
    3. Independence Day
    4. Labor Day
    5. Thanksgiving
    6. Christmas.
