Reggie Kaji, an entrepreneur since the age of 18, has over 20 years of experience in hospitality, sales, and business management. His leadership skills and background in HR have allowed him to develop and lead hundreds of people that he has employed. He has a niche for problem solving and works well in difficult situations. Reggie has extensive knowledge in the employment industry!  Reggie's win-win success mentality has brought his team great success also as the owner and operator at Express Employment Professionals in Monroe, Tecumseh and Dearborn.  Reggie enjoys playing golf, watching football (watching the Lions lose) and spending time with his family.

Lucy Kaji is our Vice President of Operations and team coach here at Express Employment Professionals. You can also find Lucy sourcing resumes and recruiting talent. She loves working with people and guiding them to a successful career path. Lucy has over 20 years of experience in sales and service. Her goal is to sustain a successful business and be a support system for the Express team! In her free time, she loves spending time with her five children, going on walks and reading.
