  • Ann Beckman ~ Business Development Manager

    Ann is a long time resident of Brighton and obtained her Bachelor of Science degree from Eastern Michigan University.  Ann recently joined the team at Express Employment Professionals as a Business Development Manager.  “I am dedicated to building positive networking relationships and persistently identifying, qualifying and selling new business opportunities within the Livingston County area”.   Ann’s previous experience includes lead generation - sales in consumer products, pharmaceutical and Professional/Technical staffing.

    Chris joined Express Employment in 2007 as a Staffing Consultant with the opening of the new office in Howell Michigan.  She has experience in recruiting, training and customer service with over 20 years managing a direct sales business.  Chris has experience in all aspects of the staffing industry and an expert in organizational operations.  As Operations Manager Chris has responsibility for maintaining the all of the systems and processes that keep Express running efficiently.

    Julie came to Express Employment in September of 2009.  As the Front Office Administrator, Julie brought with her a tremendous compassion for people and a servant’s heart.   From there she grew into a Technical Recruiter Role.  She is now a Senior recruiter in our office who is well versed in recruiting Advanced Manufacturing and Skilled Industrial talent in the Livingston county area.   Coupled with her outstanding customer service skills Julie brings great value to her clients and is a key part of Express recruiter team.

    Beth joined Express Employment Professionals in 2010 as a Staff Recruiter and is now a skilled recruiter for Professional and Technical talent.  Beth is a graduate of Western Michigan University and had 10 years in the staffing industry prior to joining the Express Employment team. Beth is proud to be part of a team that is so committed to helping companies in Livingston County grow their business and witnessing the positive impact our employees experience when given a new employment opportunity.


    Carrie Smith ~ Recruiter Specialist

    Carrie joined our Express Howell team in January 2014 as a Staffing Consultant.  She has a background in retail management and has extensive experience in interviewing, training and job placement.  Carrie received her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration in 2012 from Baker College with a concentration in Human Resource Management.  Carrie really enjoys finding the right people for the right job.  “It is very exciting when you can not only make a difference in someone’s life by finding them a job that they will enjoy, but it is equally as exciting to find that perfect person that a company has been searching for”.

    Terra joined the Express team in 2014 as a Staff Recruiter and is now a Recruiter Specialist. Terra is a graduate of Central Michigan University receiving her degree in Business Administration and major in Marketing. She came to Express with professional sales and marketing experience from local business service companies and looks forward to helping serve Express clients. Terra is excited to be part of a team that works hard every day to make a difference in people’s lives.

    Dio joined the Express Howell team in April of 2014 as a Front Office Coordinator and in Spring 2016 became a Staff Recruiter. With a background in customer service, sales and office administration; she is personable and enjoys working with people. Dio is bilingual in Spanish and lives in the surrounding area of Livingston County. She enjoys being part of a team that positively impacts lives through job placement.

    Jessica joined Express as a Front Office Coordinator in August of 2015 with a background in customer service.    Jessica is a graduate of Cleary University receiving her bachelor’s in Business Administration and Human Resource Management.   Jessica’s hard work and dedication helped her to become the Staffing Consultant in Light Industrial recruiter team.  Jessica enjoys working with people and is excited to be part of a team of professionals that not only assist job seekers but also local businesses and the community as a whole.  She is passionate in the belief that every person deserves a career that both, excites them and satisfies their needs.

    Nikki is an Office Administrator responsible for processing payroll and other office duties including employment verification's and filing. She has been with Express since 2010

    Colby joines the Howell Express team in April of 2016 as a Front Office Coordinator.  He has a bachelor's degree from the University of Wisconsin in Psychology with an emphasis in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and Human Resources.  He is interested in working with people and his experience in customer service brought him to Express/  He hopes with the work and life experience he has accumulated, that he can help guide our Associates to bigger and better careers in their desired fields.  Colby became a Recruiter Assistant in Fall of 2017.

    Kayla was welcomed to the Express team in October of 2017 as a Recruiter Assistant. She is a proud alumnus of Eastern Michigan University with a Bachelor of Science, concentrated in communication. Kayla comes to Express with a passion for people and experience in light/industrial manufacturing recruiting, as well as 6 years in the service industry. She looks forward to becoming a Staff Recruiter and making an impact on the lives of others in the Brighton/ Howell community.

    Leanne is a Front Office Coordinator that started in May of 2017.   She has a certificate from Ross in Medical Insurance Billing and Office Administration. She enjoys working and interacting with people and says "it’s a great feeling to know that you have helped someone get a job".   Leanne hopes to someday advance as a Recruiter at Express Employment Professionals.

    Alex is a recent Graduate from Cleary University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resource Management and started with Express in September of 2017.  She hope’s to one day become a Recruiter Specialist as Alex loves working with people and deal with new situations every day.  "It’s a great feeling to know that I’m making a difference in someone’s life for the better!"
