Job Full Description

• Photocopying and scanning
• Calling restaurants on behalf of pharmaceutical client to request contracts for private space
• Populate word document invitation templates
• Data entry 
• Answering phones and taking messages
• Entering RSVPs for meetings in a portal
• Cross check a sign in sheet against a database for any inconsistencies
• Create travel itineraries and source flight and hotels for healthcare providers
• Create venue contracts – template would be provided
• Track RSVPs for meetings and notify planner if a location is close to max room capacity
