Jacklyn Sturchio - All Nolfo Offices

Vice President
Jacklyn has been with Express Employment Professionals since 2008, and has worked in a variety of roles within the company during her time here. For a few years, she has been the Managing Director of our SRG Department, and up until recently, she was the Regional Director of Operations for our Hawthorne and Hackettstown offices. Jackie is now the Vice President of Operations for all the Nolfo offices. She has a Bachelor's Degree from Ramapo College of New Jersey in both Sociology & Psychology.

Chelsea Lennon - All Nolfo Offices

Operations Support Manager

Chelsea started working with Express Northern NJ in 2018. When she entered her role as an Operations Assistant, she assisted in back office (administrative) responsibilities, internal talent acquisition, worker's comp, and social media. Her role has since morphed and she is now leaning more on the social media and digital marketing side of the business. Chelsea is responsible for a variety of office operations including but not limited to: social media content management, coordinating email campaigns/training staff on utilizing email campaign software, localized Express branding for our 5 offices, organizing internal events, coordinating tech support, among a variety of other responsibilities. In summary, her main goal is to allow our staff to focus on recruiting and marketing by supporting and managing a variety of background functions. 

Chelsea graduated Ramapo College in 2013 with a B.A. in Theater.

Emeli Rodriguez - Fairfield

Operations Manager

Emeli has been with Express since 2016, starting as an Onsite Recruiter for our Oakland office (which has since moved to the Hawthorne location). She moved on to work in our Fairfield. Over the past 5 years, Emeli was instrumental in the Fairfield office hitting Silver and Bronze of Excellence , earning the Fab5 Award and breaking client count records. Most recently she has been the Recruiting Manager in Fairfield leading the team and focusing on skilled trade staffing. Soon after that, Emeli took on a Senior Account Manager, overseeing large accounts in all 5 offices.

Emeli is currently the Operations Manager in Fairfield, where she is leading the recruiting and sales force and is also in charge of overall office operations.

Gregg Kryceski, CSP - Hawthorne

Director of Marketing/Sales

Gregg has been with Express since 2021 and brings over 10 years of managerial experience in both operations and supervising teams.  Most recently, Gregg was the Sales + Marketing Manager for the Nolfo Region and was instrumental in training and developing our Outside Sales Team (including Falcon Fast Track Winning Parsippany office).

Right now Gregg is leading the team in our Hawthorne office with the goal of building the customer base and focusing on selling all our service lines. 

Education and Training- Gregg has completed his full EU curriculum and is EU Business Management Certified and is Certified Staffing Professional(CSP) certified by American Staffing Association.

Brithanny Aguilar - Parsippany

Recruiting Manager

Brithanny joined Express in November 2022 (and became with the Parsippany team in February 2023) and has quickly established herself as a standout performer, trusted teammate, and natural leader. Her career growth has been nothing short of impressive:

  • Employment Specialist (2022) – Quickly built a reputation for strong performance and team collaboration.
  • Lead Employment Specialist (2023) – Played a key role in expanding the Skilled Trades division while helping train and support the team.
  • Senior Contract & Search Specialist (2024) – Continued to deliver outstanding results while increasing her impact across major accounts.
  • Recruiting Team Lead (May 2025) – Led by example, supporting the development and success of the Parsippany recruiting team.

Currently, Brithanny is the Recruiting Manager for our Parsippany team. in this role, she is one of the key leaders in the organization, working alongside the team to ensure success in recruiting, sales, client services, and keeping the team aligned with their goals.

Sylvia Figueroa - Hawthorne

Recruiting Manager

Sylvia has been with Express for almost 3 years and has worked in the Fairfield, Parsippany, and currently Hawthorne territories. For 2020 and 2021 she was instrumental in the Fairfield office achieving Bronze Circle of Excellence. That year she has helped Fairfield to achieve 7% growth.  One of her greatest accomplishments was her role as the Onsite Recruiter at a large client in 2020. For several months, Sylvia was responsible for over 300 associates on a daily basis! Sylvia was promoted to Site Manager of our Parsippany team in 2023 and successfully lead the team in all aspects of recruiting.

About halfway through 2025, Sylvia began leading our Hawthorne team as Recruiting Manager, and the team has been growing their client and associate base ever since!

Sylvia has Bachelor's Degree  in Communication from William Paterson University. She is Express University(EU) Certified in Business Management.

Sarah Hernandez - Parsippany

Business Development Manager

Sarah began her journey with Express in 2020 as a Business Development Representative in Hackettstown. She quickly distinguished herself with her ability to build strong relationships and drive business growth. Sarah later joined the Specialized Recruiting Group, focusing on Office Services staffing, where she played a pivotal role in supporting the growth of all five offices through her contributions to Office Services placements. Her talent and dedication propelled her to Recruiting Manager of Office Services, leading the recruiting charge in the Parsippany office.

Currently, Sarah is leading our sales and marketing team in Parsippany as the Business Development Manager, where she focuses on her strengths in connecting with people, cultivating partnerships, closing deals, and driving growth

Kenneth Bald - Hackettstown
Business Development Manager

Ken joined our Fairfield team in March 2022 as a Business Development Rep for our Fairfield Office. It quickly became apparent that he has a knack for bringing in new clients, is a great teammate, and is extremely reliable.

He has been instrumental in the Fairfield office hitting Bronze Circle of Excellence in 2022 and 2023. In 2024, he was promoted to Business Development Manager. Currently he is leading the sales/marketing efforts in our Hackettstown office.
