Provide technical support for filtration systems to customers and internal teams

Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and operational issues both remotely and on-site

Support the installation and commissioning of new systems at customer facilities

Conduct preventative maintenance inspections and service calls

Maintain accurate documentation of service reports, customer calls, and technical issues

Train end-users and internal staff on operation, safety, and maintenance procedures

Collaborate with engineering to relay customer feedback and support product improvements

Ensure compliance with internal policies, safety guidelines, and industry regulations
-
Coordinate service efforts with production, assembly, and warehouse teams
-
Represent the company at trade shows and customer visits, providing technical demonstrations

Travel regularly across North America (U.S., Mexico, Canada), sometimes on short notice

Strong technical and mechanical knowledge of Oil Mist and Liquid Filtration Systems

Understanding of machine tool operations and industrial maintenance environments

Proficient with diagnostic tools and field service procedures

Excellent troubleshooting and hands-on problem-solving abilities

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Comfortable working in manufacturing settings and with customers on-site

Bilingual in Spanish and English is a strong plus

Proficient with documentation tools and service reporting

Valid driver’s license and passport required
