Location: Belleville, NJ
Schedule: Monday to Thursday 6:00am to 4:30pm
Pay Rate: $19.00-$22.00 per hour – TBD after interview

Job Description
We are seeking a Parts Finisher to join our team in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and skilled in parts finishing and inspection. In this role, you will:

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment for yourself and others

Perform first article and in-process inspections to ensure parts meet specifications
-
Carry out finishing tasks such as grinding, deburring, polishing, sanding, or cleaning of parts
-
Identify and correct surface defects to achieve acceptable finishes
-
Take corrective and preventative actions to ensure consistent product quality
-
Read and follow work instructions, blueprints, or production documentation
-
Accurately complete inspection and production reports
-
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals
-
Lift, move, and handle materials weighing up to 50 lbs on a regular basis
Requirements
-
Prior manufacturing or technical experience required
-
Hands-on finishing experience (grinding, deburring, polishing, sanding, or related)

Good hand skills and dexterity for detailed finishing tasks

Strong attention to detail and ability to identify acceptable finishes
-
Ability to work independently and take corrective/preventative actions

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
