Execute manufacturing priorities based on production schedules.

Plan layout and sequence of operations; set up and operate machines (lathes, drill press, saws, milling, grinders).

Machine and inspect precise parts to drawings, specs, and work orders using calipers, micrometers, and gauges.

Follow SOPs, work instructions, manuals, and drawings to ensure compliance.

Record lot numbers, verify tolerances, and perform cleaning with isopropanol and cleanroom wipes.

Troubleshoot workmanship issues, monitor control plans, and ensure products meet quality standards.

Produce manufacturing tools/gauges as needed.

Support continuous improvement activities.

Clean, maintain, and care for equipment, tools, and work area.

Strong mechanical aptitude with basic math skills.

Experience with machining equipment; Track Lathe programming a plus.

Ability to read and follow SOPs, design documents, and drawings.

Detail-oriented, accurate, and quality-focused.

Reliable attendance, punctuality, and ability to prioritize tasks.

Strong communication; fluent in English (oral and written).
