Job Full Description
The Asset Management (AM) Clerk will work alongside other key AM and Logistics members to assure incoming or outgoing shipments have the appropriate paperwork, are packaged, staged, and fulfilled accordingly. AM Clerks will verify documentation and assist in processing material on incoming or outgoing shipments. Duties may include recording cost of postage, keeping track of sold assets, and creating lots in TrackTech (TT).
Duties, Functions and Responsibilities:
•Pull orders from inventory
•Make boxes and package orders
•Print out shipping label and sales invoice for each order
•Maintain shipping or receiving spreadsheet by recording soldasset ID, shipping price, and order number
•Keep inventory spreadsheet updated by marking assets as sold
?Assist with monthly inventory
•Process returns and verify problems reported
•Scan incoming & outgoing items onto a spreadsheet
•Answer and responds to customer messages
•Complete checklist for Scales, report any issuesto proper personnel
•Receive, register, palletize and process materialsdeemed bulk untested.
?Identify and send to testing all other product.
