Position Title: Office Clerk

Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday – 1st Shift

Job Description:
Our client, a fast-paced company, is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Clerk to join their team full time. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, experience handling cash, and the ability to multitask effectively in a busy office environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle cash transactions accurately and securely (minimum one year of cash-handling experience required)

  • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external clients

  • Perform general office duties including filing, data entry, and record keeping

  • Utilize Microsoft Office products to complete daily administrative tasks

  • Type correspondence and reports (minimum 35 words per minute)

  • Support team members and contribute to a positive, collaborative work environment

  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of cash-handling experience

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Strong customer service and communication skills

  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

  • Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented

  • Type at least 35 words per minute

Compensation & Schedule:

  • Full-time, Monday through Friday – 1st Shift

  • Pay rate based on experience
