Here's What Your Day-to-Day Looks Like:
Experienced Excavator Operator with a strong background in operating heavy equipment on construction sites, including trenching, digging, grading, and site preparation. Skilled in reading blueprints and site plans to perform accurate excavation while adhering to safety protocols and project specifications. Proven ability to operate various types of excavators in diverse environments such as residential, commercial, and industrial job sites. Known for maintaining equipment, minimizing downtime, and working collaboratively with crew members to ensure project timelines are met efficiently.
In addition to excavator operations, this role includes operating a semi truck for on-property driving only (no over-the-road hauling).
Schedule & Pay

FULL TIME; Mon–Fri, 11am-7pm

Willingness to work overtime if needed, including weekends

Here's What Makes YOU a Great Fit

2+ years of experience operating excavators and heavy equipment

Proficient with trenching, grading, digging, and site preparation

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, site plans, and grade stakes

Strong understanding of job site safety protocols and OSHA regulations

Skilled in performing routine equipment inspections and maintenance

Ability to work in various weather and terrain conditions

Strong attention to detail and precision in excavation work

Effective communication skills and ability to take direction

Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic

Comfortable working independently or as part of a crew

Experience operating semi trucks (property driving only) preferred
