Lathe Operator – Full-Time
Location: Birmingham, AL
Pay: Starting at $20/hour for entry-level candidates – higher pay dependent on experience
What Your Day-to-Day Looks Like:
As a Lathe Operator, you’ll be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining lathes to shape metal, wood, or plastic components. You’ll read blueprints, select the right tools, adjust machine settings, and inspect finished products to ensure everything meets precise specifications. This role is key in producing high-quality parts used across industries like manufacturing, automotive, and aerospace.
Schedule & Pay:
Full-time | Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Overtime available and may be required
Pay: $20/hour for entry-level candidates – based on experience
