## CNC Operator (Python Machine)

**Location:** Birmingham, AL  

**Schedule:** 5:00 AM – 3:20 PM, Monday–Friday  

**Pay:** $20–$25 per hour (based on experience)

We’re seeking an experienced **CNC Operator** to join a growing manufacturing team in the Birmingham area. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in precision work and can operate and set up **Python CNC machines** in a fast-paced production environment.

## Key Responsibilities:

​

* Set up, operate, and monitor CNC Python machines for production runs

* Interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical instructions

* Inspect finished products to ensure quality and accuracy

* Perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting

* Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals

## Requirements:

* Proven experience operating CNC or Python machines

* Strong understanding of machining processes, tooling, and setup procedures

* Ability to read technical drawings and use measurement tools

* Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
