Material Handler – Casa Grande, AZ
Full-time | $17/hr+DOE | Express Employment Professionals – Chandler, AZ
Ready to get your hands dirty and be part of something real?
We’re hiring Material Handlers for an essential facility that processes organic soil used in farming and landscaping. This is a hands-on role where you’ll keep production moving, work closely with equipment operators, and support a crew that values hard work and reliability.
What You’ll Do:
- Keep organic material flowing through industrial shakers
- Communicate with the heavy equipment operator when bins need to be filled
- Use shovels, scrapers, and hand tools to break up soil clumps and keep screens clear
- Stack bags and help with general housekeeping tasks (sweeping, scraping, clearing buildup)
- Follow all safety protocols to protect yourself and your crew
- Work in outdoor conditions (dusty, hot, cold, or rainy)
What We’re Looking For:
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Comfortable working on your feet
- A strong work ethic and ability to follow instructions from the foreman
- Willingness to get dirty and contribute to a team that gets the job done right
