Outside Sales Representative – Custom Manufacturing | $65K–$75K + Commission
Location: Gilbert, AZ

Express Employment Professionals is actively recruiting for an Outside Sales Representative on behalf of a fast-growing custom manufacturing company in Gilbert, AZ. This company specializes in converting and fabricating soft goods like foam, rubber, plastic, film, foil, and adhesive tape—components used in everything from automotive and aerospace to electronics, medical, and defense.
They don’t need you to be a technical expert. They need someone who can make connections, spark interest, and help uncover new opportunities across a wide range of industries.
What You’ll Do:

Generate new business through cold calling, prospecting, follow-ups, and on-site visits

Research, identify, and target manufacturers across a wide variety of industries

Open doors and gather information to hand off to the Inside Sales and Customer Service team

Maintain and grow existing relationships with current accounts by checking in regularly and exploring new needs

Support special projects including trade shows, marketing campaigns, joint calls, and factory tours

Provide valuable market feedback from your sales conversations to help shape messaging and strategy

Who You Are:

Proven experience in B2B outside sales, preferably in manufacturing, distribution, or technical services

Confident with cold calling and lead generation

Strong follow-up, organization, and communication skills

Curious, coachable, and highly motivated to hunt for new business

Familiar with CRM use and general reporting

Able to work independently and manage your own schedule while staying aligned with team goals
