Shift: Must be fully flexible – candidates must be able to work day, night, weekend, swing, or holiday shifts as assigned.
Job Description:
We are seeking dependable and adaptable Material Handlers / Production Workers to support operations at a fast-paced manufacturing facility in Casa Grande, AZ. The ideal candidate will bring strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the flexibility to work any shift as needed — shift assignments are subject to change based on production demands.
Key Responsibilities:

Work as part of the production team to support efficient operations and quality output

Perform a variety of duties including assembly, packaging, machine operations, and material handling

Follow all standardized operating procedures and maintain strict adherence to quality control and safety standards

Maintain a clean and organized work area; assist with regular equipment cleaning and maintenance
-
Identify opportunities for process improvement and support a culture of continuous development
-
Comply with Environmental Health & Safety protocols, including proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

Operate and maintain production equipment safely; certification for MH equipment may be required
-
Maintain consistent pace while upholding high craftsmanship and precision
-
Engage in physically demanding tasks including lifting, pushing, pulling, twisting, and repetitive motions

Support shift flexibility including overnight, weekends, holidays, and swing shifts
Requirements:

Demonstrated ability to adapt to new environments and learn new skills quickly

Flexibility to work any shift without restriction

Willingness to support the business wherever needed — shift assignment may change with little notice

Must be able to pass a 7-year background check and lab-based urine drug test

High level of punctuality and reliability is required

Ability to follow repetitive procedures with precision and attention to detail

Comfortable with the use of modern production tools and technologies
