Job Full Description

We are seeking an Office Manager for a Chandler-based organization. This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, assertive, and experienced with accounting and administrative functions. You will be responsible for managing daily office operations, performing bookkeeping tasks, and supporting internal teams to keep operations running smoothly.


Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day office operations and workflow.

  • Perform bookkeeping duties, including reconciliations, expense tracking, and financial reporting in QuickBooks.

  • Process invoices, vendor payments, and purchase orders.

  • Maintain organized digital and physical records for compliance and accessibility.

  • Coordinate scheduling, correspondence, and internal communications.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for staff, vendors, and clients.

  • Support leadership with reports, updates, and operational planning.

  • Identify and implement process improvements to drive efficiency.


Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.

  • Strong proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

  • 3+ years of office management, bookkeeping, or administrative experience.

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail.

  • Positive, professional demeanor with strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
