Job Full Description
We are seeking an Office Manager for a Chandler-based organization. This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, assertive, and experienced with accounting and administrative functions. You will be responsible for managing daily office operations, performing bookkeeping tasks, and supporting internal teams to keep operations running smoothly.
Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day office operations and workflow.

Perform bookkeeping duties, including reconciliations, expense tracking, and financial reporting in QuickBooks.

Process invoices, vendor payments, and purchase orders.

Maintain organized digital and physical records for compliance and accessibility.

Coordinate scheduling, correspondence, and internal communications.

Serve as the primary point of contact for staff, vendors, and clients.

Support leadership with reports, updates, and operational planning.

Identify and implement process improvements to drive efficiency.
Qualifications
-
High school diploma or equivalent; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Strong proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

3+ years of office management, bookkeeping, or administrative experience.

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail.

Positive, professional demeanor with strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
