They are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to support ongoing operations and ensure optimal equipment performance. This is a temp-to-full-time opportunity for the right candidate who demonstrates technical ability, reliability, and a teachable mindset.
Job Description
We are looking for a hands-on Maintenance Technician with a strong mechanical aptitude and a proactive approach to equipment maintenance. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring that production equipment operates smoothly and efficiently.
What You’ll Do in This Role

Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain various equipment components including mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, electronic, and pneumatic systems

Perform repairs on production line equipment such as conveyor belts, packaging equipment, grinders, and stackers
-
Support or perform installation of new machinery and equipment

Cut, weld, and assist with light steel fabrication

Inspect and adjust machinery as needed to ensure optimal operation

Assist in diagnosing malfunctions and recommending solutions

Execute preventive maintenance and respond to repair requests
-
Perform other maintenance or facility-related duties as assigned
What You’ll Need to Be Successful

Prior hands-on maintenance or mechanical repair experience

Manufacturing experience preferred but not required

Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks (standing, bending, kneeling, climbing, etc.)

Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. regularly
-
Teachable attitude and ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
-
Ability to read part numbers and equipment specs and maintain accurate records
-
Basic math skills and ability to monitor and operate control systems
