Production Shift Lead – Swing Shift (Direct Hire)
Location: Chandler, AZ
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 2:30pm-11pm
Pay range: $25/hr+ (based on experience) and shift differential

Join a growing manufacturing team as a Production Shift Lead. We’re looking for a hands-on leader with experience in machine operation, capacity planning, and safety compliance.
- Production & Machine Operation Experience
- Mechanical Maintenance & Minor Repairs
- Supervisory Leadership
Requirements:
5+ years in manufacturing or warehouse environment
Technical background; machine operator experience
Leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Forklift experience preferred
