We are seeking skilled Sheet Metal Duct Installers to support a major build‑out project at the Queen Creek Data Center. This role involves installing, assembling, and securing commercial‑grade duct systems within a high‑specification data center environment. Candidates must have experience working with sheet metal ductwork and be comfortable working in large industrial or commercial construction settings.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, assemble, and secure sheet‑metal ductwork according to project plans and mechanical drawings
• Install supply, return, and exhaust duct systems inside a data center
• Measure, cut, and fabricate metal ducts using proper tools and HVAC fabrication techniques
• Install hangers, supports, and hardware to secure duct systems
• Seal duct joints and seams to meet airflow and energy‑efficiency standards
• Work alongside HVAC teams, general contractors, and mechanical supervisors
• Follow data center safety protocols, including working around electrical and cooling systems
• Maintain accuracy in installation according to specifications and design requirements
• Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work zone
• Ensure all work complies with OSHA, site‑specific, and mechanical code requirements

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of commercial or industrial duct installation experience
• Proficiency with sheet‑metal ductwork, fittings, and fabrication
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and mechanical layouts
• Experience installing duct systems in commercial buildings; data center experience is a plus
• Familiarity with HVAC tools: snips, shears, drills, brakes, saws, etc.
• Ability to lift 50–75 lbs, climb ladders, and work on elevated platforms
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Must follow strict safety and PPE requirements
• Reliable transportation to the LG Plant site

Work Environment

• Fast‑paced data center construction environment
• Indoor work within a large industrial facility
• May involve working on lifts, ladders, and tight mechanical spaces
