Job Details

We are seeking two reliable, hands-on CNC Router Operators to join our production team. The ideal candidates will be self-starters who can keep multiple machines running efficiently throughout the shift. This position does not require CNC programming or on‑the‑fly coding. Instead, we are looking for individuals with strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor multiple CNC router machines simultaneously.
• Load and unload raw material and finished parts safely and efficiently.
• Inspect, deburr, and clean parts between runs to maintain quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Perform basic machine checks (tool changes, clearing chips, verifying settings).
• Read and follow job travelers, work instructions, and production schedules.
• Report issues such as machine malfunction, incorrect tooling, or material defects.
• Work collaboratively with the production team to meet daily output goals.
• Follow all safety protocols and manufacturing best practices.

Qualifications

• Previous experience operating CNC routers, CNC machinery, or similar manufacturing equipment preferred.
• Ability to load, unload, lift, and move materials safely.
• Strong multitasking skills and ability to keep several machines running at once.
• Mechanically inclined, with willingness to learn new processes.
• Ability to read basic job instructions and follow standard operating procedures.
• Reliable, punctual, and capable of working independently without constant supervision.
• Team-oriented with strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Must be able to stand for most of the shift and lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
