We are seeking a Production Associate to support finishing and post-production activities in a print shop environment. This role focuses on product finishing, quality checks, and packaging — not printing or order pulling. The ideal candidate has hands-on production or warehouse experience and thrives in a small team setting.

Position Type: Full-Time Project (3–6 Months)
Pay: $18–$20 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Responsibilities
- Perform general housekeeping to maintain a clean and organized work area
- Support production by finishing products through trimming, cutting, and packaging
- Cut materials accurately to specified dimensions
- Package completed products for shipping or customer pickup
- Conduct quality checks to identify defects and ensure product accuracy
- Verify completed products against order details
- Perform basic data entry and computer-based tracking
- Follow safety and quality standards at all times
- Assist with other production-related tasks as assigned
Qualifications
- Previous experience in warehouse production, manufacturing, or print shop environments
- Comfortable working at a variable pace (busy and slow days)
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Basic computer skills (data entry required)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a small team
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
