About the Position
We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Production Associates to support finishing and production activities at TSMC in Chandler, Arizona. This position is ideal for individuals with production, manufacturing, warehouse, or assembly experience who take pride in quality work, accuracy, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Support production through trimming, cutting, and finishing materials
- Cut products accurately to required specifications
- Package completed products for shipment or customer distribution
- Perform quality inspections to identify defects and ensure accuracy
- Verify completed products against work orders and specifications
- Complete basic computer-based tracking and data entry
- Follow all safety and quality procedures
- Assist with additional production tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Previous experience in manufacturing, warehouse production, assembly, or print shop environments preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Basic computer and data-entry skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with cutting, trimming, finishing, or packaging materials
- Manufacturing or production line experience
- Familiarity with quality control procedures
