Position: Kitting Specialist — Kits for Skincare
A skincare company in Mesa, Arizona is seeking a Kitting Operator responsible for assembling product kits, ensuring all components are accurate and prepared on time. The ideal candidate will have assembly, and factory work experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities. GMP Expectations
- No jewelry, food, or drinks in production areas
- Hairnets, beard nets, gloves, and PPE must be worn as required
- Proper handwashing and sanitation before entering production areas
- No loose clothing or accessories
- Maintain cleanliness and prevent contamination at all times
- Follow documented procedures and report any quality concerns immediately
Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic reading, counting, and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
- Previous warehouse or production experience is helpful but not required
- Comfortable working in a GMP-controlled environment
