Job Details

• Assemble upper receivers and related accessories
• Mold and de-flash molded parts
• Use small hand tools and light machinery safely and efficiently
• Monitor the production cycle to ensure quality standards are met and defects are minimized
• Perform weekly inventory counts and report part shortages to Purchasing
• Maintain accurate inventory of:
  • Finished goods
  • Fasteners and consumables
• Keep the assembly area clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
• Package and ship finished products (primary responsibility)
• Maintain packaging inventory and order materials as needed
• Communicate finished goods shortages to Production using a whiteboard system
• Manage backorders to ensure timely shipment
• Communicate backorder status with the Sales team
• Meet or exceed company expectations for performance, punctuality, attendance, quality, and safety

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience in shipping and/or assembly preferred
• Ability to follow work instructions per customer specifications
• Good hand-eye coordination
• Strong finger dexterity and manipulation skills
• Ability to work with small parts
• Basic math skills
• Proficiency with small hand tools
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality
• Presentable and able to maintain the company’s required professional image

Physical Requirements

• Ability to handle and assemble small components
• Repetitive hand motions
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Lift materials as required for shipping and assembly tasks

Work Environment

• Manufacturing and assembly setting
• Safety-sensitive role requiring attention to detail and compliance with company standards
