Accounts Payable Specialist-Urgently Hiring

Chandler, AZ | Full-Time

A growing, well-established organization is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to support core financial operations. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who excels in invoice processing, vendor relations, and maintaining accurate financial records in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and review high-volume vendor invoices and credits
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
• Manage expense reports in accordance with company policy
• Maintain accurate vendor files and payment documentation
• Respond to vendor and internal payment inquiries
• Support payment runs and routine accounting functions

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
• 3+ years of accounts payable experience
• Experience with accounting/ERP systems
• Strong Excel and data-management skills
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
