Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair residential HVAC systems, including air conditioning units, furnaces, and ventilation systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC equipment issues to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients about their HVAC needs and solutions.
- Perform routine maintenance checks and preventative measures to prolong the lifespan of HVAC systems.
- Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices to enhance service delivery.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while working on HVAC systems.
- Document all service calls, repairs, and maintenance performed in a clear and organized manner.
Qualifications
- Valid HVAC Journeyman license or equivalent certification and at least 4 years of experience.
- Proven experience as an HVAC technician, preferably in a residential setting.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
