$18.00+/hr DOE (Depending on Experience)

A well-established window and door distribution company in Chandler is seeking dependable and hardworking Warehouse Associates to join its team. This is a full-time opportunity offering consistent hours, early mornings, and the chance to grow with a respected local employer.

Job Responsibilities

• Load and unload windows, doors, and related building materials safely and efficiently
• Assist with local deliveries and customer orders
• Receive, inspect, and accurately organize incoming inventory
• Pull, stage, and prepare orders for shipment or delivery
• Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and safety standards
• Work closely with team members to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment

Schedule

• Monday through Friday
• Start Time: 5:30 AM
• Typical End Time: 1:30 PM
• Overtime available based on business needs

Qualifications

• Valid Arizona driver's license required
• Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, or material handling experience preferred
• Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy materials throughout the shift
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
• Forklift experience is a plus, but not required
