Job Title: Residential Construction General Labor Clean Up
Job Type: Full-Time - Monday-Friday 6:30-3:30
Job Description:
As a Residential Construction General Laborer, you will play a crucial role in supporting various construction tradesmen. Your responsibilities will include assisting skilled tradespeople, maintaining job sites, and performing a variety of tasks to ensure the successful completion of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the setup and cleanup of construction sites.
- Load and unload materials and equipment.
- Operate hand and power tools as needed.
- Perform basic carpentry and other construction tasks.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Support skilled tradespeople such as carpenters, electricians, and plumbers.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the project manager or supervisor.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in construction or general labor.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and lift heavy objects.
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills.
- MUST HAVE A Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
